Yasmeen is a Senior Associate at the Firm. In addition to advising clients on company incorporation and various corporate matters, Yasmeen has extensive exposure to legal matters concerning construction and real estate projects in the Kingdom. Yasmeen has acts as formal representation and advisor for local and international arbitration as well as court proceedings. Yasmeen has also negotiated and assisted a number of clients in achieving out of court settlements.

Yasmeen obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Greenwich, London in 2001. In 2008, Yasmeen obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Victoria majoring in alternative dispute resolutions graduating as a Member of the Golden Key International Society.
