Biography

Myers N. Massengill was born and raised in Bristol, Tenessee. He has been a partner with Massengill, Caldwell & Coughlin, P.C., since 2000. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and often associates with Virginia counsel to assist clients in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Massengill handles a broad variety of cases, but primarily concentrates in the areas of personal injury, social security disability, workers’ compensation, family law and criminal defense. When Mr. Massengill is not in court or in his office he is generally spending time with his wife and daughter or working in his yard.
