Naama is an associate in our firm’s Litigation Department.

Adv. Naama Ben Arosh Moshe specializes in representing private individuals as well as some of the largest Israeli corporations in the economy in litigation proceedings before the courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

She provides legal advice and assistance to her clients in relation to their commercial and civil legal proceedings, including, inter alia, shareholder disputes and control battles, complex economic actions, class actions, financial and contractual lawsuits, and more.

In addition, Naama represents international corporations during commercial litigation proceedings in Israel.

Naama completed her internship at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil Department).
