Nada focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters, a sizable portion of which is comprised of cross-border and US-domestic business and personal jet and rotorcraft transactions, including purchase, sale and lease structuring, non-citizen trust ownership and operation, mergers and acquisitions, fractional interest structures, Part 91 and Part 135 ownership structures, regulatory compliance issues, and sales and use tax planning.
