Biography

Nadiah Hadir joined Germer’s Houston office as an attorney in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from Dillard University in 2021. Nadiah went on to receive her Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco, where she concentrated in business law and was awarded a full-tuition academic merit scholarship as a California Scholar. During law school, she served as Co-President of the Black Law Students Association and was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where she participated in multiple negotiation and advocacy competitions.

Prior to joining Germer, Nadiah represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including commercial and first-party claims across multiple jurisdictions. Her prior experience informs her defense practice, particularly in evaluating liability and damages and anticipating plaintiff-side strategies.

Nadiah’s practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance defense, and tort law.
