Nadine joined Rottenberg Lipman Rich in 2005 and concentrates her practice on estate planning and administration, wealth and long-term care planning, Guardianship and Surrogate’s Court proceedings, and elder and special needs law (including dementia, developmental disability, brain injury, and mental health issues). Nadine also handles real estate matters, and she has expertise with real estate held in probate and guardianship estates. Before joining the firm, Nadine served as Court Attorney for Hon. Eve M. Preminger at the New York State Surrogate’s Court, New York County, was a Senior Attorney at the hedge fund SAC Capital Management, and was associated with the law firm Kelley Drye & Warren. In addition to her counsel position with Rottenberg Lipman Rich, Nadine opened her own practice in Westchester County, NY in 2000.
