Biography

Najah A. Jacobs is a Litigation associate in the Philadelphia office. Najah focuses her practice primarily on complex class action litigation, complex commercial litigation, and consumer protection, mass torts, and antitrust matters. She represents clients across various industries in federal and state courts.

Najah has deep experience in multidistrict litigation (MDL), having been appointed to significant leadership roles in major MDLs. In these positions, she contributed to strategic decision-making, managed complex discovery processes, and worked closely with leadership teams to ensure efficient case management and litigation strategy. Her involvement in these high-profile cases highlights her ability to navigate large-scale litigation and collaborate with diverse teams.

Najah also serves as an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson University and has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
