Biography

Ms. Foti joined the firm in 2008. Following graduation from law school in 2000, she began her legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ronald M. Holdaway of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Foti then joined the National Veterans Legal Services Program in Washington D.C., where she served as a staff attorney for two years. She has dedicated her private career representing U.S. Veterans and their families in their claims for disability, education and housing benefits and continues to build upon her experience and expertise as a member of our Veterans Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Foti served for three years as a Board of Governors of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish.
