Ms. Waters litigates employment cases in federal and state courts, and handles disputes before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the Texas Workforce Commission.

Ms. Waters’ practice also includes preventive and compliance employment law in the form of training seminars for management, counseling and investigation of internal complaints, development of employment practices and policies, arbitration programs, and negotiating and preparing employment contracts and termination documents.
