Biography

Nancy R. Winschel is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and serves as Co-Chair of the Product Liability Group and Co-Chair of the Education Law Group . She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation and has handled matters in the areas of professional liability, product liability, civil rights, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and transportation litigation.

Ms. Winschel has worked as both National Coordinating Counsel and Regional Counsel for corporations. She was appointed as Pennsylvania trial counsel for insurer’s “Major Case Unit.”
