Biography

Narges Aminolsharei is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. She represents banks and key financial institutions in roles such as trustee, collateral agent, depositary agent, escrow agent, administrative agent, and paying agent in both unsecured and secured capital market transactions. She regularly manages diverse financing transactions and negotiates associated agreements. Narges also has deep experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate law issues, having represented both public and private companies in cross-border transactions across various sectors as either targets or acquirers.
