Biography

Nasim Mokhtari is an experienced associate attorney and certified mediator practicing in WSHB's Los Angeles, California office. She handles professional liability and commercial litigation and routinely represents licensed professionals, including attorneys, architects, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, insurance brokers, and property management companies.

Nasim earned her Bachelor of Laws and Masters of International Law from Azad University of North Tehran Branch. She worked for four years as a practicing attorney in Iran before moving to the United States to attend Penn State Law's LL.M. program, where she earned a Deans' Merit scholarship.

Before being licensed to practice law in California, Nasim worked as a legal assistant at our firm. In this capacity, she gained invaluable experience in several practice areas, including transportation, construction defect, medical malpractice, healthcare facilities, and elder abuse.

When not actively defending firm clients, Nasim enjoys reading philosophy, yoga, hiking, boxing, and playing video games. Nasim is fluent in Farsi and English and has a working knowledge of French and Arabic.
