Biography

Nasrudin Mumin is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP, where he works with the Condominium Group on litigation matters. A client-focused condominium lawyer, Nasrudin is dedicated to delivering practical, effective advice and exceptional service to his clients. As a condominium resident himself, he brings firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by stakeholders in the condominium industry.

Before joining Shibley Righton, Nasrudin articled and practiced at a boutique law firm in Ottawa, where he gained valuable experience in civil and commercial litigation. He represented both individuals and corporations before various Administrative Tribunals, Ontario Courts, and the Federal Court. Notably, Nasrudin was one of two civil lawyers involved in a successful Federal Court Judicial Review against Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Nasrudin earned his law degree from Queen’s University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
