• Participated in the work for a leading Norwegian food producer in connection with refinancing of the company and securing of a EUR 1.8 million revolving credit facility.°
• Participated in the work for a consortium of banks on the multimillion cross-border refinancing of Tristone Flowtech Group, a leading global supplier of engine cooling and battery systems to the automotive sector.°
• Participated in the work for Haitong Bank and other bondholders in connection with restructuring of American Heart of Poland; financing in the form of facilities and bonds up to the total maximum amount of PLN 624 million jointly secured by way of parallel debt instruments.°
• Participated in the work for a bank on a EUR 45 million financing in connection with the acquisition of an office building by a Czech real estate fund.°
• Participated in the work for a bank on the EUR 30 million financing in connection with the construction of an industrial and logistics park in Elbląg.°
Debt Capital Markets
• Participated in the work for KGHM as issuer, on establishing a bond issue programme of PLN 4 billion and on a PLN 2 billion issue; part of the first issue was taken up by the EBRD, and the proceeds from the issue of these bonds were used for purposes set out in the framework agreement concluded between KGHM and the EBRD.°
• Participated in the work for Tauron Polska Energia S.A. on changing the form of financing obtained under the bond issue programme worth PLN 6.27 billion, from bonds to a facility, by concluding a facility agreement in the amount of PLN 6.07 billion.°
• Participated in the work for a Polish bank on amending the documentation for a bond issue programme issued by a Polish airport by increasing the maximum amount of the programme to PLN 453 million, and amending the security documents for new bond tranches.˚
• Participated in the work for a Polish bank in connection with the establishment of a PLN 400 million bond issuance programme without a prospectus by Robyg, a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed real estate development company.°
