Participated in the work for the Polsat Group in connection with the acquisition of the Interia Group.; Participated in the work for GLP in connection with Polish employee aspects in a transaction consisting of acquiring a logistics portfolio belonging to the Goodman Group.; Participated in the work for WING Group in connection with the indirect acquisition of 55.95% of the shares in Echo Investment S.A.; Participated in the work for Deutsche Bank AG in connection with the sale, by means of division by spin-off, of part of Deutsche Bank Polska's banking activity to Santander Bank Polska.; Participated in the work for the BNP Paribas Group in connection with the acquisition of the core banking activity of Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. by division.; Participated in the work for the ITI Group in connection with the sale of a majority stake in TVN to Scripps Networks Interactive.; Participated in the work for Techland in connection with the merger of companies within the capital group and related employee aspects, including the process of communication with employees and contractors.; Relations with trade unions and collective disputes: Participated in the work for a leading producer of sweet snacks in connection with further stages of a collective dispute with a trade union regarding the issues of remuneration, working time and social benefits, concluded by mediation and an agreement between the union and the employer.; Participated in the work for a leading alcohol producer in connection with providing support during negotiations with a trade union concerning the temporary suspension of a collective dispute and analysis of the conditions of suspending a collective dispute.; Contracts for senior management: Participated in work for clients from various sectors of the economy, in particular real estate and financial institutions, in connection with drafting management contracts.;
