Biography

Natalie Kutcher is an associate who practices in the firm’s civil litigation and business groups.

Natalie’s litigation practice primarily focuses on commercial and business litigation of all types, including disputes relating to contract enforcement, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, unfair and deceptive trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder interests, fraud, securities fraud, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Natalie has represented clients before North Carolina’s Superior and District Courts, the Federal District Court of the Western District of North Carolina, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Natalie currently serves as the Chair of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association’s Communications Committee and is a regular contributor to RCD’s Business Court Blast publication.

Prior to law school, Natalie taught high school World History with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. She is an alumna of both Appalachian State University and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
