Biography

Natalie Hsiao is Local Partner in the Corporate/M&A team and focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions of all kinds, including acquisition and sale processes, joint ventures and restructurings.

Natalie has broad experience in the field of M&A transactions for national and international clients with a focus on the real estate, infrastructure and the media, technology and telecoms sectors. In addition, she advises on all aspects of venture capital investments. Natalie represents, amongst others, private equity and venture capital funds, as well as corporations from mid-sized to listed companies.

Natalie is ranked in the 2022 and 2023 editions of Handelsblatt // The Best Lawyers in Germany for Corporate Law as well as M&A.

Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked for Olswang in Berlin, Clifford Chance in Dusseldorf and acted as Chief Compliance Officer (Legal) and Deputy General Counsel at Rocket Internet.
