My name is Nataliya Gavlin and I am the founder of Gavlin & Associates, P.C. At our firm, we provide all our clients with the experienced, dedicated, and personal representation for a wide array of immigration issues. I have an extensive experience handling immigration matters before the Immigrations Courts throughout the United States, USCIS, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts.

I am an immigrant from Ukraine and as such I am very sensitive to all the issues my clients face in this country. I believe that this country is very rich culturally because of the constant influx of new immigrants from around the word- those who come here to escape violence or persecution, seek better future for themselves and their families, or find better job opportunities.

I love meeting new people from other countries, learning about their life and culture and being able to help them achieve their “American Dream” starting at their immigration status. Having successfully handled hundreds of cases for my clients, I feel rewarded and fulfilled. I know exactly what it means for someone who does not have a legal status to finally get it, for someone who has been separated from their family for a long time to finally reunite, or for someone who has been persecuted and harmed in their country to finally find protection in the United States.

I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I also participate in a pro bono program with the Immigration Equality, a non profit organization for the LGBT community. In addition, I frequently speak at the Immigration Support Group at the Center in New York City.
