Natasha Shaikh

Natasha Shaikh advises high-net-worth families on the administration of trusts, estates, and guardianships. A skilled negotiator, she designs tailored litigation strategies to achieve efficient, favorable outcomes. Drawing on an LL.M. in Taxation, she reviews tax returns, corporate records, and accounting/financial statements; conducts preliminary financial analyses; and collaborates closely with experts and financial accountants to position matters for resolution. Before joining the firm, Natasha was a partner at a Fort Lauderdale, Florida firm, where her practice centered on probate administration, trust and estate litigation, and guardianship administration and litigation. She earned a B.A. from the University of Florida, a J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Her work has been recognized by Super Lawyers—Rising Stars (2022–2025), Palm Beach Illustrated as a Top Lawyer in Elder Law and Trusts & Estates (2025), and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Young Professionals (2022).
