Nate is a Partner with Aeton Law. He was in a courtroom within the first few weeks of being admitted to the bar, and has represented clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors and driving under the influence ever since. In addition, Attorney Baber represents injured individuals in all manners of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims.
His litigation work has been quite varied: he has represented the family of a young man killed while walking on a public road in a wrongful death action, has represented individuals charged with being persistent offenders of Connecticut’s driving under the influence statutes, parents charged with neglect, and students in expulsion hearings. Attorney Baber’s experiences includes representing clients in adversarial probate proceedings, contested family matters, in administrative hearings with the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Children and Families.
In addition to his diverse litigation experience, Attorney Baber practices in the area of business litigation. He has been selected a SuperLawyers Rising Star for Business Litigation every year since 2015 and has Distinguished rating from Martindale. Attorney Baber counsels businesses and start-ups with corporate formation, including the drafting of company formation documents, such as articles of organization or articles of incorporation, as well as with bylaws, operating agreements and contract disputes.
