Biography

Nathalie Remelus Blanfort is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of automobile accident litigation, construction law, education law, immigration, insurance defense, premises liability, real estate, and transportation law, with a particular emphasis in personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Blanfort was Associate General Counsel for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Office of the General Counsel. During law school, she served as a clinical fellow in the University’s Immigration Clinic and was also a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick A. White of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Additionally, Professor Blanfort serves as Associate Faculty at the University of Miami School of Law. She reads, writes, and speaks fluent Haitian Creole.
