Biography

Nathan A. Limpert focuses his practice primarily in the areas of project finance, secured lending and institutional investing, generally. He focuses on financings in the power generation, energy and sports and entertainment industries.

Nathan represents insurance companies and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing matters with an emphasis in private placements of debt, project finance and secured lending, generally. He has represented institutional investors or project sponsors in the financings of power generation facilities, wind farms, solar energy generating projects, hydroelectric generating projects, geothermal energy projects, energy from waste facilities, ethanol and other biofuel facilities, natural gas wells, airports, train depots, intermodal terminals, parking facilities, automotive parts businesses, datacenters, fiber-optic telecommunications assets, telecommunications and cable operating businesses and soft drink bottling facilities. He has structured and negotiated secured and unsecured debt, including private placements, credit facilities, mezzanine financings, secured and unsecured guarantees and intercreditor arrangements.

He has also represented institutional investors in the stadium, arena or enterprise financings of NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and Premier League teams, including the Washington Commanders, the Chicago Cubs, the Philadelphia Phillies, the New Jersey Devils, Manchester United, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the TD Garden in Boston, the American Airlines Center in Dallas, the PHX Arena in Phoenix, Truist Park in Cobb County, Georgia and the Capital One Center in Washington, D.C.
