Nathan's experience includes developing a global AI regulation tracker, structuring compliance programs for cross-border data transfers, advising on pre-breach planning, drafting targeted advertising opt-out notices, and counseling on COPPA safety carve-outs.
Nathan’s practice focuses on compliance with evolving privacy and data protection laws, including U.S. federal and state privacy statutes, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive, the UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018, and other international regimes.
