Biography

Nate Conder is a member of the firm’s litigation team, where he represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, collections, and contract disputes. He is committed to providing strategic, results-oriented advocacy and guiding clients through complex legal challenges.

Prior to joining the firm, Nate served with the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience. He also completed a legal internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, further developing his skills in legal research, case preparation, and trial advocacy. During law school he was a law clerk the Davidson County Mental Health Court & Veterans Court in Nashville, Tennessee.
