Biography

Nathan maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with complex commercial matters involving environmental law, tort and contract disputes, and class actions. He has assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of Yukon, and the Federal Court of Canada.

Prior to joining Farris as an associate, Nathan articled and practiced at a leading national law firm in Vancouver. Nathan earned his Juris Doctor in 2023 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria, having completed a double-major in psychology and sociology.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys reading, baking, and playing with his Miniature Dachshund.
