Biography

Nathan is an associate in the firm's Casualty Department focusing on defending insurance carriers in SIU related matters and Personal Injury Protection claims. He routinely handles first party auto insurance claims, fraud/special investigations, and affirmative litigation recovery actions and RICO. Nathan also handles numerous commercial and personal trucking and vehicle accidents both on the traditional casualty and SIU side.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Nathan served as a legal intern for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office as well as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph R. Rosa, J.S.C. (ret.). He gained valuable experience as an intern or law clerk at various law firms handling and assisting on a variety of matters including, but not limited to, real estate, personal injury and commercial litigation. Additionally, Nathan has appeared in both New York and New Jersey Courts to orally argue motions and orders to show cause.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University in 2017. He then attended New York Law school where he earned his juris doctor in 2020. Nathan is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
