Biography

Nathaniel Miller is a senior associate at WSHB's Birmingham, Alabama office and Richmond, Virginia office specializing in transportation and construction litigation and complex torts and casualties. Nathaniel has been practicing law for over eight years, handling all aspects of civil litigation.

Before joining WSHB, Nathaniel gained significant experience at a law firm in northern Alabama and as staff counsel for a large insurance company. Nathaniel is experienced in the courtroom, having tried several jury trials and many bench trials.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where he was a managing editor for the Regent Law Review and the first-place winner of the 7th Annual Leroy R. Hassell, Sr., Writing Competition. Nathaniel also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pensacola Christian College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
