Biography

While studying at the University of California, Berkeley, Neil Libbe volunteered with various non-profit organizations including Harbor House Ministries, Team-Up for Youth, 4-H, and the East Bay Hockey League. After majoring in Legal Studies and completing an internship with the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice Clerk's Office, he became determined to combine his passion for helping people with his interest in the law.

Neil graduated from California Western School of Law, cum laude and received various academic achievement awards. While in law school he gained a broad perspective of the law by working for two small law firms and for the U.S. Attorney's Office in San Diego. During that time he worked on a variety of different cases involving breach of contract, personal injury, family law and complex fraud cases.
