Biography

Neil O’Donnell is the founder of O’Donnell Law Offices. As an experienced trial lawyer, he has been fighting for his clients since 1987, after graduating with honors from King’s College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. An NEPA native, Neil was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre.

Neil’s long career has been full of highlights. He is a board-certified Civil Trial Specialist and a past President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. For multiple years, he was named a Top 10 Super Lawyers honoree in Pennsylvania and a Lawyer of the Year in the Northeast Pennsylvania Region (Best Lawyers).

In 2023, Neil had the honor of being named the 2023 Man of the Year by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. More recently, he was elected to the King’s College Board of Trustees. His experience is frequently sought after and he regularly lectures on personal injury topics at conferences and seminars across the country.

Neil and his wife Cathy share two adult children, both of whom practice law, as well. They enjoy spending time with their whole family, including their first grandchild.
