Biography

Grateful clients are the best reward for Nelson, who strongly believes that everyone deserves compassion and a lawyer to fight for them. Known for his nurturing approach to clients and exceptional attention to detail, he has been practicing law in Philadelphia for nearly 30 years. Nelson joined the firm in 2017.

An extremely skilled trial attorney, his work has resulted in six and seven figure settlements for individuals harmed by defective products and negligence. Nelson began his career as a Law Clerk to the late Honorable Eugene Gelfand of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Today his practice is focused on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and products liability.
