Biography

Ngoc-Lan is an associate attorney at WSHB’s Concord, California office. She has experience in handling complex civil litigation, with a focus on construction defect, transportation, professional liability, employment, and real estate cases.

Ngoc-Lan earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law with certificates specializing in public interest and litigation. During law school, she interned for GGU’s Women’s Employment Rights Clinic, the Solicitor’s Office with the Department of Labor, and SF Superior Court. She is also the proud recipient of the 2021 California Lawyer Association labor and employment scholarship.

She completed her undergraduate degree at UC Davis, where she pursued double majors in Political Science and Communication.

In her free time, Ngoc-Lan enjoys evening drives, yoga, and outdoor activities.
