Nicholas A. Hidalgo

Nicholas Alexander Hidalgo is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. He practices in the area of general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability, security negligence, vehicle negligence and Personal Injury Protection.

Mr. Hidalgo graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, FL and transitioned to Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Risk Management and Insurance (2021). Thereafter, Mr. Hidalgo earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law (2025). During his studies, Mr. Hidalgo was frequently mentioned in the Dean's List for demonstrating academic excellence. He also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Pre-Trial Practice.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Hidalgo served as a Law Clerk at several firms in South Florida. Through these roles, he gained experience in civil litigation, real estate, and transactional matters.

Mr. Hidalgo also clerked at Cole, Scott & Kissane during the summers of his 2nd and 3rd years of law school before becoming an Associate.

Outside of law, Mr. Hidalgo is an active volunteer with BLUE Missions, participating in service trips to Latin American where he has helped construct aqueducts and sanitation projects for underserved.
