Biography

Nicholas A. LeRoy is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. His practice group focuses on the defense of first party property insurance claims, including handling the litigation of numerous water, sinkhole, fire, SIU fraud and theft claims through trial. Additionally, Mr. LeRoy assists multiple carriers in many complex coverage matters, including conducting examinations under oath and preparing coverage opinions in both first-party and third-party claims. He also has extensive experience defending claims involving premises liability, as well as other general liability issues.

Mr. LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Nicholas served as the Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
