Biography

Nick Banelli represents clients in litigation matters, with experience navigating a variety of disputes, including contracts, class action defense, business disputes, trade secrets, franchise disputes, real estate, insurance defense, and other complex commercial litigation matters.

Nick provides guidance and advocacy in all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation negotiations and alternative dispute resolutions, all the way through trial and appeal.
