Biography

Nick began working with Bagley & Rhody, P.C. in August, 2009, as an associate. He joined Charlie Bagley and Matt Ballard as a partner in January 2014 and was named Managing Partner of the firm as of January 1, 2019. His practice focuses on estate planning and business law, with a particular strength where the two practice areas intersect. Nick’s strong background in both estate and business matters provide closely held business owners with cross representation in both personal and business matters to ensure consistency in their planning.

As Managing Partner of the firm, Nick has worked to expand on the firm’s historic strengths through the addition of strategic legal and administrative professionals and the implementation of technological and procedural efficiencies to ensure a consistent client experience and continual client communication.

Outside of his practice, Nick is active in many charitable activities including most proudly serving on the Board of Directors for the Casey Cares Foundation benefiting critically ill children. Nick and his family started and continue to run an annual golf tournament for the Foundation.
