Biography

Nick joined the Firm in August 2021 as an Associate Attorney. He is from Ashland, Kentucky and has an interest in serving the Tri-State area. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University in 2018 with his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in Philosophy. Nick graduated from the University of Kentucky David Rosenburg College of Law in 2021.

Nick served as a staff member on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law. Nick earned four CALI Awards of Excellence, an award given to the top grade in a given class, in Legal Research & Writing, Contracts 1, Property, and Legal Accounting. He was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Nick spent two summers working at the Firm as a Summer Law Clerk where he was able to begin experiencing and developing the necessary skills required for the day to day work at the Firm. Notably, Nick was able to attend, experience, and help on a medical malpractice trial in Martinsburg West Virginia that resulted in a finding on no negligence for the client of the Firm.

Nick is available to accept work in West Virginia. His practice will focus on the defense of medical malpractice litigation and products liability litigation.
