Biography

Nicholas Giordano is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he defends the Firm’s client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals against various types of medical malpractice claims.

Prior to joining MCB, Nicholas worked as an associate attorney at the New York office of a large defense litigation firm with a national footprint. His responsibilities included drafting and filing legal documents and memoranda; conducting legal research to support case strategy; representing client witnesses in depositions, as well as deposing opposing party witnesses; and making in court appearances for compliance and pre-trial conferences.

Earlier in his career, Nicholas was a criminal defense associate attorney at another New York firm. There, he represented defendants in all phases of criminal prosecution; managed a caseload of 50-60 clients; conducted client and witness interviews; drafted legal motions; and conducted legal research. He served the same firm as a legal intern, extern, and paralegal prior to achieving his status as an associate attorney.

Nicholas has additional experience in mediation, having provided dispute resolution services at the Quinnipiac University School of Law’s Mediation Clinic. Nicholas received his B.A. from Saint Francis College in May 2019, making Dean’s List in 2017. He earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in February 2024. He is admitted to practice in New York.
