Biography

Nic Gerschman leads Morgan & Morgan’s premises liability practice group in New York.

Nic graduated from Yale Law School. He clerked for two federal judges. He worked at the number one ranked commercial litigation law firm in the country, litigating multi billion-dollar suits against major banks.

These experiences taught Nic to litigate at the highest levels. But Nic’s passion has always been to fight for the people, not the powerful. Today, Nic exclusively represents injured people.

Nic is fiercely devoted to leveling the playing field for his clients by fighting, and beating, the biggest and most powerful businesses and insurance companies in the world. His results speak for themselves.
