Biography

Nicholas is a senior associate with the firm. Previously, his practice included various civil litigation areas including construction, labor law, premise, asbestos, Child Victim’s Act, product liability, motor vehicle accident, fraud, dram shop liability, and class action liability.

Throughout his carrier, he has represented multiple insurance companies, clients, and individual defendants from case inception through trial. He has been involved in numerous trials and mediations seeking early resolution and results for his clients. Further, he has managed and defended hundreds of cases venued throughout New York and New Jersey in both State and Federal matters.

Nicholas graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Government in 2009 and from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2011. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Golden Key International Society, and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Additionally, he was an editor on the Seventh Circuit Review Law Journal and the Lieutenant Governor of External Communications and publications for the ABA 7th Circuit Student Division.

Nicholas is a native of Virginia, but has made New York his home for over 13 years. When he is not practicing law, he is exploring the city with his chow chow, Christopher, playing piano, or tracking down the best Vietnamese food he can find.
