Biography

As a successful trial attorney for over 30 years Nicholas I. Timko, the managing partner of Kahn Gordon Timko & Rodriques, P.C., a premier New York City Personal Injury Firm,  has obtained numerous substantial verdicts and settlements for his seriously injured clients who were harmed as a result of unsafe conditions in Buildings, Sidewalks, Construction Sites, Subways, Unsafe Driving of Cars, Trucks and Buses  Defective Products and Medical Malpractice. Having served as President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association(2010-2011), Mr. Timko has written and spoken out in support of the Civil Justice System to preserve the Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury.  He is a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute having lectured on various legal tpoics and is also a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.  Nicholas Timko has received the highest professional and ethical rating, AV, from Martindale Hubell and was named to the New York Super Lawyers for Personal Injury Law.
