Biography

Nicholas Headland is an Associate Attorney at Margolis Edelstein’s Harrisburg office where he focuses on breach of contract disputes, complex litigation, construction defect, and general liability.

Nicholas has significant experience in representing businesses, real-estate management companies, and individual clients in cases involving breach of contract disputes, products liability, high-exposure litigation, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. His experience includes representing corporate entities in complex litigation matters with multiple parties and foreign entities, both in state and federal courts. Additionally, he has represented individuals in motor vehicle accidents and homeowners’ associations in premises liability actions.

Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Nicholas was a Judicial Law Clerk in Philadelphia Family Court for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where he briefed cases, and had research responsibilities.

During law school, Nicholas worked as a research assistant to professors on their summer projects. Before law school, Nicholas majored in Philosophy and was a senator of the student government.
