Biography

Nicholas Joaquin Molina is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, cum laude, from Florida International University and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

During law school, Mr. Molina was a member of the Nova Law Review and the NSU Moot Court Team. He was also on the Dean's List, earned the CALI book award for the highest grade in Florida Constitutional Law, earned the capstone grade for the highest grade in his Legal Research and Writing class, and was a nationally recognized Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Molina served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carroll Kelly of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a legal intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. He was also a Law Clerk at Cole, Scott & Kissane during his final year of law school.
