Biography

Nick’s primary practice areas consist of general business, estate planning, agriculture, water and natural resources, real estate, and civil litigation.

Nick joined the firm in August of 2018. Originally from Columbus, Nebraska, Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and his Juris Doctorate from the Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, he was a Senior Certified Student-Attorney with the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic. During his time with in the Clinic, he assisted clients with various legal issues, including: business formation, drafting contracts, and intellectual property issues. Nick was also a research assistant for a professor during law school, and was a law clerk for Jacobsen Orr during his final two years of school.

Nick has deep ties to the Kearney community. While attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney, he was a member of the wrestling team and was a three-time Academic All-American. Nick continues to be active in the wrestling community by volunteering his time to help youth and high school wrestling.
