He also aggressively represents his clients in legal proceedings when issues arise. Nick focuses his practice in: Business organizations, Business succession planning, Business Mediation (Wisconsin), Commercial real estate, Creditor’s Rights, Mergers & acquisitions, Municipal counsel and Commercial lending & loan documentation.
