Biography

Nick Richards has been practicing tax law and helping taxpayers since 1998. He is a former IRS trial attorney and he is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado.  He helps individuals and businesses resolve IRS and state tax audits, he represents taxpayers before the US Tax Court and other courts and he helps indviduals resolve tax liablities and collections.  He is also an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Graduate Tax Program and he teaches tax professionals throughout the U.S.
