Biography

Nick Kaul is a proud Tampa native and a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, where he concentrates his practice on automobile and trucking crashes. He is passionate about advocating for those whose lives have been impacted by life-altering injuries due to negligent drivers and brings a relentless work ethic to every case to fight for the justice they deserve.

Nick graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2022. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. Nick spent his law school summers interning for Morgan & Morgan in the Tampa office, where he developed practical legal and advocacy skills and confirmed his desire to make a difference in his community.
