Biography

Nicholas Beaulieu has over 15 years of experience as a Patent Attorney helping inventors patent their inventions in all technology areas, such as electronic circuits, software, and chemical processes. Nicholas has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, as well as minors in Chemistry and Mathematics. Prior to attending law school, Nicholas worked as an engineer for leading semiconductor and memory companies. Nicholas has extensive experience preparing and filing patent applications and prosecuting both U.S. originated applications and foreign originated applications. Additionally, Nicholas regularly files Patent Appeals, Patent Re-issue Applications, and Petitions to be able to best represent inventors before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
