Nicholas Kho

Nicholas Kho counsels private equity firms and their sponsors on finance transactions, utilizing his experience in a variety of cross-border lending and financing transactions, including secured first lien and second lien facilities, investment-grade and leveraged committed financings, asset-based finance, and syndicated bank loans.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Nicholas worked for another international law firm in the United States.

• The Pritzker Organization in connection with a US$480 million secured credit facility to finance the acquisition of Epic Staffing Group.°

• Summit Partners in connection with a US$380 million secured credit facility for the acquisition of CollisionRight.°

• H.I.G. Capital in connection with a US$375 million secured credit facility for the acquisition of Mainline Information Systems.°

• ECi Software in connection with a US$1.0 billion refinancing of its existing secured credit facility.°

• Boston Scientific in connection with a US$2.0 billion revolving credit facility for general corporate purposes.°

• Goldman Sachs in connection with a US$1.75 billion secured credit facility to finance the merger of GlobalTranz and Worldwide Express.°

• UBS in connection with a US$1.15 billion secured credit facility to finance the acquisition of a majority interest in Medrisk by CVC Capital Partners.°

• Credit Suisse in connection with a US$810 million secured credit facility to upsize and refinance existing debt for Hyland Software.°
