Biography

Nick Kypriotakis is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Tampa office. He has experience representing public and private companies and investment management firms in general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, partnerships, coinvestments, and joint venture transactions. He counsels clients across a variety of industries, including software, financial services, energy, technology, media, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and specialty products.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Nick was a principal at a leading global investment firm that sponsors funds investing in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, energy, and credit assets and provides capital markets and insurance solutions. Prior to that, Nick was an associate in the M&A, intellectual property, and capital markets practices of a prominent American law firm headquartered in New York City.
