Biography

Nick Lovelace-Andrews is a devoted family law practitioner, focusing solely on guiding individuals through a range of family legal matters. His expertise spans divorce, child custody, LGBTQ family law, and prenuptial agreements, and he notably contributed to the co-authorship of the Marital Agreements chapter in the Washington Family Law Deskbook (3rd ed. 2022) alongside Stella Pitts. Before joining Envision Family Law, Nick spent 4 1/2 years as an associate attorney at S.L. Pitts PC and previously volunteered as an attorney with the Housing Justice Project. Graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 2018, Nick excelled as a Rule 9 intern at the Consumer Advocacy Clinic. During his law school tenure, Nick held leadership roles as the President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and the President of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society. Prior to his legal career, Nick actively advocated for marriage equality, serving as Vice President at the Legal Marriage Alliance of Washington and volunteering with Equal Rights Washington and Washington Families Standing Together during the Referendum 71 and 74 campaigns for marriage equality in Washington State.
